Mr Banwell has changed my life!!! I am 54 and after years of a sagging tummy following childbirth and hours in the gym, I finally made the decision to have surgery to remove it. Initially I was very nervous, until I met Mr Banwell. He was very calm, informative and honest. He recommended a tummy tuck with lipo to achieve the result I wanted. Mr Banwell and his team were fantastic, I felt very comfortable and relaxed on the morning of my op. He was there when I woke up and the aftercare over the following weeks was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. My appointments were not rushed. He took his time and answered all my questions. It’s been 9 months and my scars have healed beautifully. My tummy is flat, I have a waist and my confidence has grown. I have to add that in the recent months I have also had a breast reduction. I felt so comfortable with Mr Banwell that I did not hesitate to contact him again. I am once again delighted with the result and care that was given to me. I would definitely recommend Mr Banwell to anyone considering surgery. His secretary Mo is always at the end of the phone and is a huge support before and after surgery. She called me every day in the first few weeks after both my ops. It was very reassuring to hear her voice and to answer any questions. Thank you Mr Banwell, his team and Mo for changing my life!!!

Apart from being one of the nicest people I have ever met Mr Banwell is a fantastic surgeon. What I really like is that he knows exactly where the line is so that you get results that are both wonderful but also very natural. Being a middle aged man I was a little self conscious about what people may think of me if they knew I had plastic surgery but Mr Banwell has achieved results that result in friends and colleagues asking me if I’ve been on holiday and also which moisturiser I use ! My results have been wonderful and i couldn’t recommend Mr Banwell highly enough.

I couldn't recommend Miles more highly. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, making sure I fully understood the procedure so I could make decisions with confidence, and the end result has far exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted with what's been achieved, a natural enhancement of my existing look, which was exactly in line with what we discussed. Miles and his assistant Mo were communicative and supportive throughout, helping to answer any questions quickly and making sure everything went well. Thanks so much Miles and Mo!

I was very anxious about the removal of a BCC from the tip of my nose as it was in a very awkward place. Even though I am 58 I am still vain so the thought of a large scar was very upsetting. From the moment I met Mr Banwell, I felt reassured by his calm, professional manner. He advised me that there were 2 procedures for me to consider one being a skin graft after the removal of the BCC using skin from my neck, which would never completely match in colour or the second option was to cut from across the tip of my nose up in between my eyebrows and stretch the skin across my nose tip! He was completely honest that it would be gruesome but it would be the best option. I had complete faith in him and decided to take his advice. Mr Banwell was right it was gruesome and I was horrified how bad it looked. One week later I had the stitches out and it looked a lot better! 4 weeks to the day of the operation it looks absolutely AMAZING. Mr Banwell is unbelievable. The scar is across my nose and up my nose line, in between my eyebrows and you honestly can’t see it! You have to look really closely. It is better than anything I could have imagined. I’m so incredibly lucky, everything was removed and I have been left with the smallest of scars. I can’t thank Mr Banwell enough. He truly is a brilliant surgeon!

I cannot, in all honesty, praise Mr Banwell’s excellent care, honesty, empathy & surgical skills enough. Given the limited space to write a review here I’ll keep it brief but the words incredibly professional, empathetic, overwhelming & life-changing are just a few that initially spring to mind. His moral compass is very clear from the start; he is truthful about what’s realistic for each patient to expect-which is vital in surgery. The way he calmly but confidently explained my opinions - from our first consultation - I found most reassuring. I knew I’d found the surgeon that understood exactly what I needed from the outset. If you are ever lucky enough to be under his care, be sure about your reasons & what outcome you are hoping to achieve and he will give you his honest opinion - without any judgement - but with a surety & kindness that is very rare to find in an experienced surgeon these days. All I can say is that his results bare the hallmark of a highly-skilled surgeon who takes his work incredibly seriously but fortunately combined with a healthy balance of passion for his work and the patient’s best interests in equal measure. If Heineken made surgeons.. they would make them all like Mr Miles Banwell!
